Human Resources Trainee -TURKISH CITIZENS ONLY

Job summary:

· Human Resources Trainee is responsible to provide admin and secretarial support to the department staff and responsible for updating records, filing, etc, and contributes to personnel activities, labour relations, benefits, and employee services through performing the following duties.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

· To participate in developing the IR HR Strategic Plan and Employee Handbook

· To work closely with all departments on issues of correspondence, attendance, insurance and pension.

· Developing and maintaining training policies and procedures, preparation for training, plans, activities and venues in cooperation with HR Officer.

· Maintaining all personnel records and file relating to staff in a confidential and secure manner in cooperation with HR Officer.

· To participate in the preparation of an Annual Progress Report on all HR activities.

· To manage archiving documents from Staff Files to Annual Reports in cooperation with HR Officer

· To assist on recruitment and selection in order to assure fair recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process

Requirements

· University degree in Business Admiration or Human Resources management from a recognized University is required,

· Juniors and Seniors are also welcomed to apply for

· Previous experience with International NGOs or UN Organizations will be an advantage;

· Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft applications especially, MS word, MS excel and MS power point

· Understanding of Turkish Labor Law and disciplinary procedures;

· Time management abilities are desirable;

· Knowledge of working in ERP system e.g. Microsoft Dynamics AX, SUN, Oracle etc will be an added advantage;

· Problem solving and decision-making aptitude;

· Ability to work independently as well as a team member;

· Ability to work under pressure and in an unstructured environment;

· Must demonstrate flexibility, and ability to readily adapt to changing requirements and environments;

· Strong organizational and analytical skills;

· In addition to Turkish language competency, the incumbent must able to speak and write English language;

· Arabic language proficiency is an additional advantage;

· Must be Turkish National
