  • Hotels services (Accommodation, meeting, workshops, seminar etc.)
  • Office Equipment Dealers & Suppliers
  • Office Supplies, Stationary, Printing
  • Office and School furniture
  • Car Rental Services
  • Air Travel Agents (Domestic & international travels)
  • Money transfer companies / firms
  • Logistics companies (transportation, cargo service, warehousing, shipment clearance etc.)
  • Office Equipment Maintenance (Generators, Photocopiers, Computers, Printers).
  • General Order Suppliers.
  • Authorized dealers of computers, computers accessories & printer/photocopier toners.
  • Security companies.
  • Insurance companies (vehicles, other assets etc).
  • Medicines & Medical Equipment.
  • Livestock Suppliers.
  • Agricultural Supplies & Tools.
  • General Building Repair and maintenance.
  • Emergency Relief Goods (Food & Non-Food Items).
  • Website hosting and designing & social media.
  • Consultancy firms / individual.
  • Audit companies.
  • Cleaning & Hygiene companies.

Interested manufacturers/authorized dealers/ wholesales dealers /vendors/ suppliers are requested to provide complete profile of firm/company including the following documents.

  1. Name, permanent address, email address telephone and fax numbers of company/firm.
  2. Copy of ID of Owner / Board of Director
  3. Certificate of registration with Turkish Government
  4. Proof of registration with TAX department in Turkey.
  5. Proof of financial standings
  6. Bank certificate(s) and bank statement of last six months.
  7. List of Projects completed with nature, cost, and completion period in case of construction companies.
  8. List of plant, machinery & equipment in case of manufacturers
  9. An affidavit that the firm/company have not been in litigation/black listed by any client/government/semi government and autonomous body.
  10. Cover letter from the company mentioning the category for which applied (in original)
  11. Any other information considered appropriate

After evaluation the selected vendors will be formally informed for the selection of suppliers/vendors for year 2022-2023. UİYV reserve the right to accept or reject any or all the documents without assigning any reason whatsoever.
